In order to ensure the smooth start of the semester for students of Grade 19, 20 and 21, the main tasks of each department in the new semester are clarified。On February 20, our department held the first regular meeting of the new semester。At the meeting, Director Zhang Baofeng, Section chief Wang Wengang, Section chief Zhao Luqiang and Section Chief Zhao Xiangyang made detailed arrangements for the work of the new semester。
Director Zhang Baofeng first gave instructions on epidemic prevention and control and students' return to school。He pointed out that all faculty and staff should work together to ensure the return of students to school。Secondly, Director Zhang made detailed arrangements for the internship work of students majoring in computer application in grade 20。Finally, Director Zhang put forward new requirements for the work of all the staff in the new semester。
Wang Wengang, head of the Student Affairs Department, pointed out that students in our department must do a good job in epidemic prevention and control before the beginning of the semester, and teachers and students must wear masks to perform the first lesson of the semester。Students outside Yantai must prepare a ledger and 14-day body temperature。There are also specific arrangements for the return of students from within and outside the province, and a series of programs have been formulated。
Through this meeting, the teaching discipline and Student section clarified the primary work of this stage, laying the foundation for the work of the new semester.
